My Jawbone UP Bracelet Replacement Is Finally Here
After a week or so of searching online for solutions to this and not finding any, I decided to contact Jawbone support about this issue and they were more then helpful.
They gave me couple of troubleshooting procedures to try to get the bracelet back up and running which didn’t work so I sent them back an email stating that the troubleshooting procedures don’t work and that when they told me they needed a US address so they could send a replacement right away as long as I ship back the non-working one.
I gave they my WorldShip address and they sent it right away.
After couple of days of having it shipped to my address here in Saudi I finally received it.
I was sad when they told me that my original color which was blue is out-of-stock and that they color I could choose from ranged from either black or mint green which I decided mint green would be better.
I am just really happy of how helpful Jawbone support is by shipping a replacement right away without waiting for me to ship the broken one first unlike Nike with the FuleBand which I had two of them brake and when I contacted them they told that I had to ship it first or go into a Nike physical store to get a replacement!
